★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por conta da Pandemia realizamos uma compra por meio de um vendedor usando o Whatsapp. Demoramos, mas escolhemos os produtos conforme nossa necessidade, indicando claramente qual a estampa de um produto, a cor de outro, etc.
Após muito trabalho, o entregador chegou com os produtos, qual a surpresa quando veio estampa diferente, cores distintas e coisas diferentes das que vimos na câmera. O coitado do entregador nem sabia qual seria o modo de pagamento e se deveria cobrar a taxa de entrega junto ao valor total.
Dadas todas as circunstâncias, aceitamos os produtos pois cumpririam o propósito, ainda que diferentes do que pedimos. Também não queríamos passar pelo estresse de ter que devolver produtos, na situação que a cidade está passando.
Resolvi escrever essa análise pois hoje tivemos uma triste surpresa ao limpar os produtos que estavam em quarentena: enviaram produtos com estampa diferente pois estavam mofados e enferrujando. É pouca coisa, o que não vale o estresse de bradar com vendedores ou gerentes, mas o suficiente para alertar a outros para não confiar.
Ah, outra coisa: não emitiram Nota Fiscal. Receita, fiquem atentos!
Due to Pandemia we made a purchase through a seller using Whatsapp. We take time, but we choose the products according to our needs, clearly indicating the pattern of one product, the color of another, etc.
After a lot of work, the delivery man arrived with the products, what was the surprise when it came with a different print, different colors and different things from what we saw on camera. The poor deliveryman didn't even know what the payment method would be and if he should charge the delivery fee along with the total amount.
Given all circumstances, we accept the products as they would fulfill the purpose, although different from what we ordered. We also didn't want to go through the stress of having to return products, in the situation that the city is going through.
I decided to write this analysis because today we had a sad surprise when cleaning the products that were in quarantine: they sent products with a different print because they were moldy and rusting. It is little, which is not worth the stress of shouting at salespeople or managers, but enough to warn others not to trust.
Ah, another thing: they did not issue an invoice. Recipe, stay tuned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. Fiz uma compra hoje na loja da Marechal Deodoro e a funcionária perguntou se era para embrulhar para presente. Eu falei que não. Só não esperava que fosse levar uma caixa com uma poeira de no mínimo de dois anos. É uma falta de educação realizarem uma venda assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da gerência ,realizei uma compra grande e a atendente falou que caso eu precisasse realizar troca eu poderia ,falei que só tinha o sábado para fazer isso, ela falou que poderia, voltei no sábado e me falaram que não realizam troca, que era pra conversar com a gerente, eu só folgo no domingo a folga no sábado foi excepcional e ainda assim a gerente falou que eles não realizavam troca de modo algum e que todas as vendedoras da loja estavam lá, porém a vendedora com quem eu comprei não estava. Pessimoa loja não recomendo,comprei uma vez pra nunca mais
