★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa, porém entrei na residência com infiltração, eu não sabia pois tinham informado que havia tido um problema anterior na boia da caixa d'agua e que tinham consertado. Semanas depois percebi que era uma provavel infiltração tive problemas com a resolução com a antiga manutenção da contratada e agora preciso aguadar o tempo de chuva amenizar para tentar solucionar o problema. Enquanto isso a pequena mancha que estava no canto superior da parede esta se alastrando cada vez mais...
Espero apenas que nao saia do meu bolso, por essa enganação.
Good, but I entered the residence with infiltration, I didn't know because they had informed that there had been a previous problem with the water tank float and that they had fixed it. Weeks later I realized that it was a probable infiltration I had problems with the resolution with the old maintenance of the contractor and now I need to wait for the rainy weather to ease to try to solve the problem. Meanwhile the small stain that was in the upper corner of the wall is spreading more and more...
I just hope it doesn't come out of my pocket, for this deception.
