★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem estava dia 18/12 estava no shopping de Suzano fazendo compras, e por isso passei ao lado quiosque algumas vezes, e em todas as vezes, os vendedores me abordavam para conhecer os produtos e eu educadamente sempre recusava. Depois que havia finalizado minhas compras e já estava de saída do shopping passei novamente ao lado do quiosque em direção à saída do Davó, quando um dos vendedores extremamente mal educado, me puxou pelo braço mesmo eu recusando o atendimento, e começou a passar a mão no meu cabelo sem qualquer autorização, ainda me perguntou se podia molhar meu cabelo, eu disse que NÃO, mas para minha surpresa ele molhou mesmo assim, meu cabelo que estava limpo e escovado. Ele simplesmente me molhou num shopping e começou a passar uma escova secadora que sabe-se em quais cabelos ele já havia passado o dia todo. Fiquei extremamente desconcertada, e sem reação. Pedi várias vezes pra ele tirar as mãos do meu cabelo, pra ele parar, e o restante dos vendedores rindo da situação.
Venho aqui expressar minha imensurável indignação pelo assédio que sofri por essa equipe e marca.
Eu não tinha o menor interesse em conhecer seus produtos! Fui totalmente desrespeitada em local público, me senti envergonhada e ainda saí com o cabelo totalmente estragado e violado do shopping.
Lamentável!
Estabelecimento e equipe sem noção, sem educação, sem respeito e sem limites!!
INDIGNADA!
Yesterday was 12/18 I was at the Suzano mall shopping, and that's why I passed by the kiosk a few times, and every time, the sellers approached me to see the products and I politely always refused. After I had finished my shopping and was already leaving the mall, I passed again by the kiosk towards Davó's exit, when one of the extremely rude sellers pulled me by the arm, even though I refused service, and started to pass my hand in my hair without any authorization, he even asked me if he could wet my hair, I said NO, but to my surprise it wet anyway, my hair was clean and brushed. He just wet me in a mall and started to run a blow dryer and who knows what hair he's been using all day. I was extremely disconcerted and unresponsive. I asked him several times to take his hands out of my hair, for him to stop, and the rest of the vendors laughing at the situation.
I come here to express my immeasurable indignation at the harassment I suffered by this team and brand.
I had no interest in knowing your products! I was totally disrespected in a public place, I felt embarrassed and even left with my hair totally ruined and violated from the mall.
Unfortunate!
Establishment and staff with no notion, no education, no respect and no limits!!
