Unfortunately I didn't get good service. We had a problem and no one can solve it... Regretful how little care they do with the customer....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior transportadora, é difícil falar , só tem um telefone que vive ocupado, uma pessoa para passar cotação e sem contar q vc agenda coleta e eles NÃO comparecem para coletar a mercadoria e nem avisam. Estou desde quinta com a minha coleta agendada e hoje ja é segunda a noite e nada. Vc liga e eles nao sabem dizer pq o motorista nao foi buscar.. sem contar que nao enviaram minha mercadorias pq perderam minha nota fiscal e se eu nao tivesse visto eles nao entrariam em contato cmg. NAO RECOMENDO. Nada contra a atendente, mas infelizmente nao cumprem o combinado.
Worst carrier, it's hard to talk, there's only one phone that's busy, a person to pass quotes and not to mention that you schedule a pickup and they DON'T show up to pick up the merchandise and don't even tell you. I'm since Thursday with my scheduled pickup and today is Monday night and nothing. You call and they can't tell you why the driver didn't pick it up... not to mention that they didn't send my goods because they lost my invoice and if I hadn't seen them they wouldn't get in touch with cmg. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Nothing against the attendant, but unfortunately they do not comply with the agreement.
