Nosso condomínio teve na virada de ano uma lotação próxima a 85%. Uma das maiores dos últimos anos e mesmo assim, não tivemos uma única ocorrência desagradável. A portaria virtual funcionou perfeitamente e foi muito elogiada por locatários que se sentiram muito seguros no edifício, muito diferente dos anos antes da implementação V8. Estamos muito satisfeitos com o novo direcionamento do edifício.

Encomendas voltam por falta/mentiras no atendimento.
Msgs trocadas pelo APP de nada adiantam.
Tive encomenda devolvida pela V8 com a alegação q não tinha ninguém em meu apto, sendo que não sai daqui o dia todo.
Mesmo após muita conversa, minha encomenda não seria recebida se não fosse uma vizinha descer para receber e qdo falei com o supervisor responsável, informou que a atendente tinha interfonado em meu apto no horário q eu não estava e alegou ter falado com uma pessoa. Daí não tive como não interromper a conversa e rir, uma vez q apenas 2 gatinhos e 1 cachorrinha moram comigo.

Orders come back due to lack / lies in service.
Msgs exchanged by the APP are useless.
I had the order returned by V8 with the claim that there was no one in my apartment, and I don't leave here all day.
Even after a lot of talking, my order would not be received if it wasn't for a neighbor to come down to receive it and when I spoke to the supervisor in charge, he informed that the attendant had called my apartment at the time I was not there and claimed to have spoken to a person. Then I couldn't help but interrupt the conversation and laugh, since only 2 kittens and 1 puppy live with me.
