★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido no setor de imunização por uma moça, fui lá duas vezes tentar pegar uma declaração de vacinação de COVID-19. Na primeira tentativa eu disse que iria precisar da declaração para viajar, eu disse para onde eu estava indo, e ela tem uma ficha lá com todos os países que estão exigindo o comprovante do ConecteSUS. Eu disse que iria viajar na próxima semana. Eu disse que o ConecteSUS não estava atualizando os dados já havia três semanas, mas todo o país sabe disso, porque isso está sendo divulgado em todos os canais locais de TV. Isso foi entre dezembro de 2021 e janeiro de 2022. Mesmo assim, ela disse que não iria preencher a declaração, porque o ConecteSUS já havia voltado a funcionar. Eu insisti, disse que o governo federal não estava atualizando o sistema, mas não adiantou nada. E haviam outros funcionários lá perto. Tive que ficar em casa olhando todo dia no ConecteSUS, que, é claro, não estava atualizando, porque todos sabemos que o ConecteSUS não está sendo atualizado. Voltei lá, e mesmo falando para essa mesma funcionária que eu iria viajar NO OUTRO DIA, ela disse que não iria emitir a declaração porque o ConecteSUS já havia voltado a funcionar. Me perguntou se eu iria viajar mesmo no outro dia, como se eu estivesse mentindo! Eu tive que insistir com ela, só então ela resolveu entrar no ConecteSUS e confirmar que realmente minha segunda dose não estava lançada lá. Para piorar, ela comentou comigo que o problema não está no ConecteSUS ou em quem é responsável por ele, mas sim o problema é que a população deixa tudo prá última hora! Sinceramente, é não querer enxergar o óbvio ou não querer fazer o serviço para o qual é paga, e que com certeza não é pouco, comparado com a população na qual ela jogou a culpa por estarmos nessa situação de atraso no lançamento de dados de vacinação. Muito lamentável!
 I was seen in the immunization sector by a girl, I went there twice to try to get a COVID-19 vaccination declaration. In the first attempt I said that I would need the declaration to travel, I said where I was going, and it has a file there with all the countries that are demanding proof of ConnectSUS. I said I would travel next week. I said that ConnectSUS hasn't been updating the data for three weeks now, but the whole country knows that because it's being advertised on all local TV channels. This was between December 2021 and January 2022. Even so, she said that she would not fill in the declaration because ConnectSUS was back up and running. I insisted, I said that the federal government was not updating the system, but it didn't do any good. And there were other employees nearby. I had to stay at home looking every day on ConnectSUS, which of course was not updating because we all know that ConnectSUS is not being updated. I went back there, and even talking to this same employee that I was going to travel the ANOTHER DAY, she said that she would not issue the declaration because ConnectSUS had already returned to work. Asked me if I would even travel the other day, as if I was lying! I had to insist with her, just then she decided to log into ConnectSUS and confirm that my second dose wasn't really there. To make matters worse, she commented to me that the problem is not with ConectaSUS or who is responsible for it, but the problem is that the population leaves everything to the last minute! Honestly, it's not wanting to see the obvious or not wanting to do the service you're paid for, and that's certainly not a small thing, compared to the population she blamed for being in this situation of delay in the release of vaccination data . Very unfortunate!
