Primeiro retornos nos atendimento. Dificimente conseguia falar pelo telefone então o meio de comunicação foi o WhatsApp que sempre demorava nós restornos. Retorno após muito tempo pois SEMPRE estava em atendimento.
Segundo acabamento. Vejo que o produto tem inúmeras oportunidades de melhoria. Minha luminária, que foi pedida por encomenda chegou com deformação/empeno (leve) mas que na montagem comprometeu no acabamento perfeito. Peça branca veio suja, com marcas de dedo.
Acredito que a loja é boa, mas precisa melhorar alguns pontos, principalmente o atendimento para retornou ao cliente.
OBS: Comprei uma luminária por encomenda, não uma de mostruário.
The store has several options for traditional and modern lighting. My bad rating comes from several points.
First come back to us. I could hardly talk on the phone so the means of communication was WhatsApp, which always took us back. Return after a long time because I was ALWAYS in attendance.
Second finish. I see that the product has numerous opportunities for improvement. My luminaire, which was ordered by order, arrived with deformation/warping (light) but which in the assembly compromised the perfect finish. White garment came dirty, with finger marks.
I believe the store is good, but it needs to improve some points, especially the service for returning customers.
NOTE: I bought a lamp by order, not a showcase.
