★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira vez na loja NÃO volto nunca mais!!Comprei uma presilha de fazer Coque no cabelo nem ABRI a embalagem no outro dia solicitei para trocar por outra mercadoria (eu ia comprar mais coisas já tinha separado tudo... estava na minha mão... até então eu tinha gostado da loja)... Foi quando a loja não aceitou a troca e também a loja não emitiu nota fiscal. Eu entendo que a loja não segue a Lei do Consumidor, como não tenho nota fiscal não tenho como provar minha compra e buscar meus direitos como consumidor.

I bought a clip to make a bun in my hair nor OPEN the package the other day I asked to exchange it for another merchandise (I was going to buy more things, I had already separated everything... it was in my hand. .. until then I had liked the store)... It was when the store did not accept the exchange and also the store did not issue an invoice. I understand that the store does not follow the Consumer Law, as I do not have an invoice, I cannot prove my purchase and seek my rights as a consumer.
