★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa tem uma causa com a dr Alícia só que sumiu o telefone só da caixa postal e ninguém do escritório do Valadão não sabe o telefone dela é sempre quando ligo pro escritório ela não está já não sei uq fazer pra ter contato com ela fico muito chateado com isso prq quando é pra pegar as causas eles liga toda hora agora já fais 4 anos já q está na justiça mais não sabemos nem como está a causa eu peço por favor se alguém pode me ajudar
My wife has a cause with Dr. Alicia, but her phone number just disappeared from the post office box and nobody at Valadão's office doesn't know her phone, it's always when I call the office, she isn't there anymore, I don't know how to contact her. upset about it prq when it is to get the causes they call all the time now you’re 4 years old already q is in court but we don’t even know how the cause is i ask please if anyone can help me

Sou cliente deles a 15 anos, já ganhei 2 processos com eles, mais o meu último processo de 11 anos eles não sabem me informar nada, enrolam, não atendem as ligações, quando vou no escritório falam que vão entrar em contato e até o momento nada.
3 anos meu processo sem nenhuma atualização, e eu continuo sem respostas!
I am outraged at the lack of respect and dialogue with the customer.
I've been their customer for 15 years, I've already won 2 cases with them, plus my last 11-year process they don't know how to tell me anything, they roll around, they don't answer calls, when I go to the office they say they'll get in touch and so far anything.
3 years my process without any updates, and I still have no answers!
