Somos de São Bernardo do Campo/Sp,dia 16 paramos em uma oficina de ar próximo a nossa casa mesmo,e lá foi só foi feito a carga de gás(mais por eles teriam feito a carga junto com contraste sendo que era mais caro)e ainda não ia saber se teria vazamento ou não,queriam que andasse uma semana com o carro p depois saber e voltar lá de novo,então resolvemos só a carga mesmo,foi então que na nossa viagem dia 19/03 para arraial do cabo com 637 km de distância necessitando de ar condicionado,com 1 hora e meia mais ou menos de viagem e sem ainda precisar ligar o ar,e ao ligar ele simplesmente parou de funcionar(não durou a carga nem 3 dias),e então quase chegando perto de pindamonhangaba pesquisei aqui no Google e pelos comentários resolvemos parar no Vale Car e foi a melhor coisa,Felipe já prontamente olhou analisou,fez os testes e não 1 teste e achou o problema que era vazamento e logo sugeriu oq teria que ser feito e que se quisessemos ja podia consertar sim e sem deixar o carro la,autorizamos e começou a consertar na hora mesmo,e enquanto isso sua esposa Sueide simpatica sim?me chamou p ficar na sala com ar pois estava muito quente,conversamos...os meninos que trabalha la tb simpáticos,resumindo saimos de lá com o carro gelando?e consertado a mangueira e tudo que ele sugeriu,salvaram nossa viagem,muito obrigada!

We are from São Bernardo do Campo/Sp, on the 16th we stopped at an air workshop close to our house, and there it was only the gas charge (but they would have done the charge along with contrast since it was more expensive) and I still wouldn't know if there would be a leak or not, they wanted me to drive the car for a week so I could find out later and go back there again, so we just solved the load, it was then that on our trip on the 19/03th to arraial do cabo with 637 km away requiring air conditioning, with 1 and a half hours of travel and without even needing to turn on the air, and when I turned it on it simply stopped working (it didn't last for a charge or 3 days), and then almost getting close from pindamonhangaba I searched here on Google and based on the comments we decided to stop at Vale Car and it was the best thing, Felipe promptly looked, analyzed, did the tests and not 1 test and found the problem that it was a leak and then suggested what would have to be done and what if we wanted, we could fix it, yes and without leaving the car there, they authorize and started to fix them right away, and meanwhile his wife Sueide was nice, yes ? called me to stay in the room with air because it was very hot, we talked... the boys who work there were also nice, in short we left there with the car freezing? and fixed the hose and everything he suggested, saved our trip, thank you so much!
