Ofereceram pagar em 15 vezes, sendo que distrato se paga em 1 parcela conforme entendimento jurídico pacificado. Pararam de me responder no contato deles e disseram que se quisesse contato meus advogados deveriam procurar o jurídico deles.
Minha advogada entrou em contato buscando um acordo, ofereceram uma opção como se tivesse eu pagado apenas 27 parcelas, sendo que paguei 34. Única forma de reaver o que paguei é na justiça pois a empresa não cumpre o contrato no que tange ao distrato.
Avaliem bem antes de fechar um contrato, veja como ela trata os consumidores. Fui bloqueado nas redes sociais deles, e podem apostar que não vão responder essa avaliação e explicar porque querem devolver somente 27 parcelas com desconto e não as 34 parcelas que paguei com os descontos contratuais. Uma empresa séria responde os clientes, não bloqueia. Uma empresa séria cumpre o contrato. Uma empresa séria presta esclarecimentos e não dão uma resposta copiada e colada.

Bad experience. I acquired a land, after the entry and 34 installments I requested the cancellation as provided for in the contract. They offered to pay in 15 installments, with the cancellation being paid in 1 installment according to a pacified legal understanding. They stopped responding to their contact and said that if I wanted to contact my lawyers, they should look for their legal department.
My lawyer got in touch looking for an agreement, they offered an option as if I had only paid 27 installments, of which I paid 34. The only way to recover what I paid is in court because the company does not comply with the contract regarding the cancellation.
Evaluate well before closing a contract, see how she treats consumers. I was blocked on their social media, and you can bet they won't answer this review and explain why they want to return only 27 installments with a discount and not the 34 installments I paid with the contractual discounts. A serious company responds to customers, not blocks. A serious company fulfills the contract. A serious company provides clarification and does not give a copy and paste answer.
I do not recommend!
