★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bairro foi bem projetado e costuma ter boa iluminação na maioria das ruas. Peca quando o quesito é pavimentação das ruas. Muitas estão danificadas e o escoamento de águas pluviais não é tão eficaz quanto deveria. Várias esquinas estão com poças de lama.
The neighborhood was well designed and usually has good lighting on most streets. Ask when paving the streets. Many are damaged and rainwater runoff is not as effective as it should be. Several corners are covered with mud puddles.
