Na minha empresa o vendedor fez a primeira venda, além de passar quase 15 dias para chegar a mercadoria ele não apareceu mais. entrei em contato várias vezes, inclusive com a própria empresa. Depois de varias tentativas e aproximadamente 40 dias o vendedor retornou fez o pedido, mas a mercadoria não foi entregue e ele não apareceu mais. Então eu acho um total desrespeito com o povo cearense, e em especial com o povo do itamaraty, já que meu estabelecimento encontra-se nesse bairro ele abandonou completamente o povo daqui. Portanto se ela se diz ser uma empresa reconhecida no mercado deveria honrar por isso e resolver o problema o mais breve possível.
