★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu poderia dar 5 estrelas... não darei pelo arranha céu que conseguiram levantar na rua Rui Mafra enfrente ao número 114, vai lá saber o quanto pagaram a prefeitura pra liberar esta construção de 13 moradores, onde o mesmo serviria para construir duas casas. Meio que tiraram a privacidade de muitos moradores que já moram a décadas. EU agora penso!!! Como será está rua tão pequena pra acomodar tantos carros?
Vai ser um inferno quando esse prédio ficar pronto.

O vale das Orquídeas já foi muito melhor, eu percebo muitos carros largados pela praça, que é de agência....
