★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma visita na quinta-feira para segunda -feira , dia 17/02/2020 , falei que somente estaria em casa na parte da manha, a moça que me atendeu disse que o tecnico então viria entre 9:00 às 11:00 horas . Fiquei nesse horaria aguardando a visita do tecnico, que não apareceu, e a empresa não deu a minima satisfação . Empresa irresponsável e sem nenhum comprometimento.
 I scheduled a visit on Thursday for Monday, 17/02/2020, I said I would only be at home in the morning, the girl who attended said that the technician would then come between 9:00 am to 11:00 am . I stayed at that time waiting for the technician to visit, who didn't show up, and the company didn't give the least satisfaction. Irresponsible company and without any commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendaram o reparo da minha máquina de lava e seca e não apareceram e não dão satisfação, ao ligar no número , na primeira chamada disseram que não existia ordem de serviço, sendo que eu tinha um SMS com todas as informações, na segunda chamada disseram que tinha mas não tinha previsão, do um descaso com o consumidor.
They scheduled the repair of my lava and dry machine and did not show up and do not give satisfaction, when calling the number, on the first call they said there was no work order, and I had an SMS with all the information, on the second call they said that had but had no forecast, of a disregard for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei por uma visita técnica para inspecionar um ar condicionado com defeito, sem ao menos realizar um simples teste com sabão o "técnico" diagnosticou em 5 minutos vazamento de gás, no olho! Paguei R$50,00 pela visita. Marquei uma outra visita para resolver o tal vazamento de gás (mesmo tento 99% de certeza que não era este o problema). Paguei R$290,00 para este serviço. O ar continua com o mesmo problema e não consigo fazer com que alguém vá até minha residência para resolver o problema. R$340,00 reais para o ar continuar da mesma maneira que estava.
I paid for a technical visit to inspect an air conditioner defective, without even performing a simple test with soap the "technical" diagnosed in five minutes a gas leak in the eye! I paid R $ 50.00 for the visit. I marked another visit to solve such a gas leak (even try 99% sure that this was not the problem). I paid R $ 290.00 for this service. The air continues with the same problem and can not cause someone to go to my home to solve the problem. R $ 340.00 reais to keep the air in the same way it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não confiável e totalmente desorganizada. Fiz um pedido de assistencia tecnica da Midea/Carreier e eles passaram o atendimento para este empresa. Agendaram duas datas e não apareceram. Depois me mandaram um whatssapp perguntando, a mim, cliente, qual era a OS do fabricante. Como não respondi conseguiram localizar e quiseram reagendar para daqui a uma semana. Tirem suas conclusões antes de usarem os serviços desta empresa.
Unreliable and totally disorganized company. I made a request for technical assistance from Midea/Carreier and they transferred the service to this company. They scheduled two dates and didn't show up. Then they sent me a whatssapp asking me, the customer, what the manufacturer's OS was. As I didn't respond, they managed to locate and wanted to reschedule for a week from now. Draw your conclusions before using the services of this company.

Mesmo entre natal e ano novo, período difícil para atendimento e com agenda fechada, eles entenderam minha urgência, prometeram encaixar um atendimento e vieram. Pessoas muito atenciosas, caprichosas, fizeram uma limpeza primorosa num aparelho e instalaram um novo. Deixaram tudo limpo! Excelente! Foi perfeito!
Surprising! I saw some negative reviews on the website and called Midea for a reference. Even between Christmas and New Year, a difficult period for care and with a closed schedule, they understood my urgency, promised to fit in an appointment and came. Very thoughtful people, whimsical, they did an exquisite cleaning in a device and installed a new one. They left everything clean! Great! It was perfect!

I didn't even use it, since, as usual, they schedule and don't show up, or give satisfaction, I don't know how they're still on the market, and how a company of Springer Midea's size equals at such a low level keeping it in its technical assistance network
