★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fui na clinica para dar seguimento ao tratamento do meu chacorro, porém não encontrei ajuda e nem solução para a situação de saúde do meu pet. Estava aflita e preocupada com a saúde do meu chacorro e em conversa com a Veterinária Michele percebi que estava gravando áudio de nossa conversa sem a minha autorização, ela legou que teve problemas com outros clientes por isso grava as conversa quando atende os clientes. Porém no meu caso foi sem meu consentimento. Tomem cuidado! E sai de lá sem o tratamento do meu pet e muito triste.
Bad experience, I went to the clinic to continue the treatment of my dog, but I didn't find help or solution for my pet's health situation. I was distressed and worried about my dog's health and in conversation with Veterinary Michele I realized that she was recording audio of our conversation without my permission, she said she had problems with other customers so she records the conversation when she attends customers. But in my case it was without my consent. Be careful! And I leave there without the treatment of my pet and very sad.
