★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I couldn't even be spoken to properly. I've got a huge emergency since a vital component of my job was broken accidentally. I need it fixed as soon as possible, within the boundaries of their waiting time, of course — should they take a minimum of 45 days to address the issue, I'd respect it.
The lady asked me to reach out via WhatsApp to inform the details of my issue, which is merely a broken USB port. She said we might have to import components and that would delay the repair time.
On WhatsApp, after picking options from a bot, I was finally attended by Mr. Oliveira who was brief and rude. He opened by saying they do not have the components in their stock. So I asked him about the process of importing it and how long it would take. Then he shut the text to my face leaving me talking to a bot which informed he would not talk to me anymore.
I went through the bot again to ask about what I was told by phone 2 days ago. Mr. Oliveira left me on read. I was never replied to ever since.
I have now found a different repair shop referred by Asus themselves (there are only 3 in Brazil — fortunately we've got different options other than Valecell).
I need my laptop for work. That was unprecedented, they wasted my time for 3 days. If they couldn't do the repair, they could've just referred me to Lovatec instead without wasting my time. Dreadful.
UPDATE:
They shut my last question down without even replying. Stay away from this place. It's a waste of time. Awful customer support.
