★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet nunca fica estável mesmo sendo fibra, faz 3 dias q estou tendo ligar para resolverem a lentidão da internet aqui em casa mas sempre a termina antes do atendente falar comigo. E preços meio caros por serviço que na maioria das vezes te deixa na mão.
 Internet is never stable even though it is fiber, it's been 3 days that I have been calling to solve the slow internet here at home but it always ends before the attendant speaks to me. And somewhat expensive prices for service that most of the time let you down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo e o serviço prestado é bem abaixo do oferecido. A quantidade de internet que eles oferecem não é a mesma que chega na nossa casa, fiz o teste e estava bem abaixo. Parece que eles estão fazendo um favor de prestar serviço, quando liguei fui transferido para três atendentes diferentes e nenhum deles soube resolver o meu problema, pediram para eu relatar tudo por e-mail e até hoje, 7 dias depois o meu e-mail não foi respondido. Já liguei de novo duas vezes e eles informaram que existe uma grande demanda de reclamações pra serem respondidas e solucionadas e por isso a demora. (Só por essa resposta a gente percebe o quanto o serviço é ruim)
The service is terrible and the service provided is well below that offered. The amount of internet they offer is not the same as what arrives at our house, I took the test and it was well below. It seems that they are doing a favor to provide service, when I called I was transferred to three different attendants and none of them knew how to solve my problem, they asked me to report everything by e-mail and until today, 7 days later my e-mail no has been answered. I already called again twice and they reported that there is a great demand for complaints to be answered and resolved and therefore the delay. (Just by that answer we realize how bad the service is)

I hate it when I'm using it and it's weak, I pay dearly and it's still bad, on TV it's great but the Internet sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregam a internet que está no plano, o atendimento é muito demorado, atendentes despreparados e que não prestam atenção na solicitação do cliente, ficam repetindo a mesma coisa sem resolver o problema. Péssimo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem quedas CONSTANTES e demora de 2-3 dias para a manutenção, levando em conta que os estudantes estão em EaD é uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Tive que pagar internet extra na operadora de telefone para não ficar quase 3 dias sem conexão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet costuma apresentar um bom desempenho, raramente lentidões, porém se a conta não for paga, no outro dia já cortam a internet, agora quando pede manutenção tem que aguardar o prazo de 48 horas, sendo que já estou sem net a mais de 48 horas, o que está me prejudicando na questão dos estudos(EAD), que me tornou totalmente dependente de internet, já que o 4g não atende toda demanda.
Resumidamente, manutenção com prazo muito grande e atendimento demorado.
