★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, colocam os interesses egoístas a frente do cliente, exemplo, comprei uma peça e veio com defeito de fabrica, o correto é entregar outra ao cliente, o proprietário falou que o frete estava caro pra pedir só uma peça, teria que aguardar pra daqui alguns meses pra pedir juntamente com outros materiais. E o cliente vai fazer o que? Aguardar? Ficar com o carro sem concertar? Análise a minha frustração!
