Very kind staff but take too long to respond by Whatsapp. But after the order was placed the delivery was very fast and the quality of the products is excellent.

The service via WhatsApp is terrible! They take a long time to respond with the budget, we always have to keep reminding the person of the last message! And if that wasn't enough, they still delay delivery! I do not recommend and will not buy from this pharmacy again.

Excellent experience. I made the request via WhatsApp and was quickly answered. Mariana, an employee, even called me to confirm and ask what flavor I wanted in the formula. She was super kind to me. The delivery deadline was strictly adhered to. I highly recommend the pharmacy. I've had bad experiences with other pharmacies. Valgani was really worth it!
