Pia da cozinha ficou para fora da parede, cortes a mais no porcelanato para assentamento da pia do banheiro (escondido com massa).
Conseguiram quebrar um pedaço da minha parede e colaram pensando que não íamos nos atentar.
Varias mensagem enviadas após a instalação para acertarem os problemas porém, se quer dão retorno.

Kitchen sink was out of the wall, more cuts in the porcelain tile for laying the bathroom sink (hidden with putty).

Único ponto falho é a comunicação. Precisei ficar mandando mensagem confirmando o horário e se realmente iria vir na residência! Além de não repassar informações para recepção/instalador da pedra.
Ou seja, marcava o dia e horário, mas só comigo! Não repassava informação! Há toda uma preparação para receber pessoas em casa e também trabalhamos, todos temos horário a cumprir.
Esse ponto precisam melhorar bastante, de resto tudo certo!
