★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento a mais de 40 anos está ponta de estoque em Santo André SP, tem uma infinidade de ótimos produtos, biquinis da Cia Marítima, saidas de praia, camisolas sultiens, etc, os preços já foram melhores, mas vale a pena, tudo de muita qualidade e extremo bom gosto.
I have been going to Santo André SP for over 40 years. It has a multitude of great products, Cia Marítima bikinis, beach outings, sultiens sweaters, etc. The prices have already been better, but it's worth it, everything quality and extreme good taste.

The price is good but you have to be careful with the pieces that have many defects in the seams. Literally you have to mine. Another negative point is that the store does not have parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muita variedade (óbvio que depende da quantidade que a loja recebeu), mas é super tranquilo. Tem linha praia (biquínis- conjunto e avulso, saída de praia, fitness, sutiã e calcinha, tem pra homem e criança tb. Tem provador. As marcas (que eu vi) Cia Marítima e Água Doce.
There's a lot of variety (obviously it depends on the amount the store received), but it's super quiet. There is a beach line (bikinis-set and loose, beachwear, fitness, bra and panties, for men and children too. There is a dressing room. The brands (that I saw) Cia Marítima and Água Doce.

Wide variety of beachwear, sportswear and depending on the day even woolen clothes we can find. The value is very affordable. It has a taster, I frequent the store more than 20 times and I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é ótima, porém a gerente é muito grossa. A questionei sobre um possível desconto, pois a peça de um biquíni que eu comprei veio com defeito, e a mesma disse que ela dá desconto para os clientes dela.
Que eu saiba, eu também sou cliente, não comprei apenas uma peça e sim várias outras junto com minha família. Para piorar, ela fez um comentário com certa discriminação, onde dizia que os clientes dela costumam gastar R$5.000,00 de compras, e ela sempre da desconto.
Foi quando questionei ela dizendo, "então o que falta para dar desconto? Sendo que a peça está rasgada, também sou cliente, não estou gastando R$5.000,00 mas sou cliente".
Ela começou a ser mal-educada, falei que sou Bacharel em Direito, e a mesma disse que a minha educação não era de nada, depois falou que era para eu anotar o telefone dela, e que não tinha medo de processo. Mas a questão não é ter medo, e sim respeito, coisa que ela não tem, e está manchando o nome da loja.
Enfim, a minha INSATISFAÇÃO foi com esta gerente. Se eu fosse ela, daria oportunidade para outra pessoa que realmente quer trabalhar com sorriso no rosto e com educação para com os clientes da loja. Portanto, minha INSATISFAÇÃO não é com a loja, e sim com a gerente. E eu acho que se ela não está contente onde trabalha, que saia fora, e de oportunidade para quem queira, tem muitos desempregados que tem muita educação.
Cliente independente de quanto gasta, deve sempre ser bem tratado.
The store itself is great, but the manager is very rude. I asked her about a possible discount, as the bikini piece I bought was defective, and she said that she gives discounts to her customers.
As far as I know, I'm also a customer, I didn't buy just one piece, but several others along with my family. To make matters worse, she made a comment with some discrimination, where she said that her customers usually spend R$5,000.00 on purchases, and she always gives a discount.
That's when I questioned her saying, "so what's left to give a discount? Since the piece is torn, I'm also a customer, I'm not spending R$5,000.00 but I'm a customer".
She started to be rude, I said that I have a degree in Law, and she said that my education was nothing, then she said that I was supposed to write down her phone number, and that she was not afraid of prosecution. But the point isn't fear, it's respect, which she doesn't have, and she's tarnishing the store's name.
Anyway, my DISSATISFACTION was with this manager. If I were her, I would give the opportunity to someone else who really wants to work with a smile on their face and politely with the store's customers. Therefore, my DISSATISFACTION is not with the store, but with the manager. And I think that if she is not happy where she works, she should leave, and give opportunities to whoever wants to, there are many unemployed people who have a lot of education.
Customers regardless of how much they spend, should always be treated well.
