★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infeliz experiência, não recomendo, uma pena a empresa ter uma pessoa igual ao que me atendeu, Senhor Roque.
Vi um anúncio logo que lançado no site, liguei e falei com o Roque, que me pediu os dados para financiamento, prontamente enviei, e me informou que deveria aguardar a resposta.
Não retornaram e quando liguei para perguntar sobre o financiamento se estava ok, o Sr. Roque me informou que o veículo já havia sido vendido.
A verdadeira falta de ética, esta empresa deveria ter pessoas com ética trabalhando, este Roque deve ser uma pessoa que somente visa lucro, quem pagar mais leva, não há mais empresas que cativam o cliente, não pelo carro que não comprei, pois posso comprar em outro lugar, mas, a falta de caráter do funcionário ou dono Roque enorme.
DEPOIS RECLAMA QUE O BRASIL ESTÁ RUIM
NÃO RECOMENDO COMPRAREM NUMA EMPRESA SEM ÉTICA. NÃO VALLE NADA A VALLE, COM ESTE TIPO DE PESSOAS TRABALHANDO.

The real lack of ethics, this company should have people with ethics working, this Roque must be a person who only seeks profit, who pays more leads, there are no more companies that captivate the customer, not for the car I didn't buy, because I can buy elsewhere, but, the lack of character of the employee or owner Roque huge.
Then complains that Brazil is bad
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING IN AN UNTHETIC COMPANY. NOT VALUE NOTHING TO VALLE, WITH THIS KIND OF PEOPLE WORKING.

Erro meu e não vou ficar de Mimimi igual outros aqui que deram uma estrela por experiência similar. Também trabalho em comércio e sei como funciona essa história de "reserva pra mim". Mesmo porque ele ofereceu a possibilidade de dar sinal. Eu que não quis.

Eu e meu esposo vimos um veículo nesse local, a primeira decepção foi a falta de comprometimento...agendamos dia e horário para ver o veículo e chegando no local não havia ninguém para nos atender, tivemos que ligar para o Roque e ficar aguardando, até então, relevamos....
Era um Sábado, vimos o veículo, gostamos.
Na segunda- feira pela manhã entramos em contato por telefone para acertar alguns pontos e falamos que estávamos indo até a Loja para fazer o pagamento e levar nosso mecânico de confiança para avaliar o veículo.
Somos de uma cidade vizinha.
Meu esposo saiu de casa para ir até a Loja, chegando lá... PASMEM... o Roque estava vendendo o veículo para outra pessoa, Inacreditável uma CANALHICE dessa proporção!
Foi o tempo de trajeto de 20 minutos ele fez essa falta de respeito comigo e com meu esposo!
NÃO RECOMENDO essa loja, pois isso não se faz, se você fechou com um cliente, você tem que aguardar, vai ver que não queriam a avaliação do mecânico, isso é um DIREITO nosso,como vamos comprar um veículo no escuro, somente pela " beleza" externa, isso não existe.
Vocês não respeitam pessoas nem sonhos...
O Roque deveria ter vergonha pelos cabelos brancos que tem e não saber nada sobre RESPEITO ao próximo.
Agora vem a melhor parte da história, vocês acharam que haviam nos prejudicado,porém isso foi um livramento que Deus nos deu...
Encontramos um veículo muito melhor mais novo, EXCELENTE negócio.
Na Loja Sx veículos em Taubaté, um atendimento EXCELENTE,ESPETACULAR e IMPECÁVEL, ao chegarmos lá no horário agendado o vendedor já estava nos aguardando com o veículo que iríamos ver ligado, com todos itens de proteção nos bancos e volante...EXCEPCIONAL.. o próprio vendedor OFERECEU de levarmos para o nosso mecânico de confiança e ele veio até nossa cidade com o veículo, nosso mecânico avalio e disse que era um carro excelente que estávamos fazendo uma ótima compra, quanta diferença, não tem comparação...quer comprar seu veículo e ser muito respeitado, vai até a Sx em Taubaté ... não compre NUNCA na Valle veículos.

It was a Saturday, we saw the vehicle, we liked it.
On Monday morning we got in touch by phone to settle some points and said that we were going to the store to make the payment and take our trusted mechanic to evaluate the vehicle.
We are from a neighboring city.
My husband left home to go to the store, getting there ... PASMEM ... Roque was selling the vehicle to someone else, unbelievable a SCAM of that proportion!
It was the 20-minute commute time that he made this lack of respect with me and my husband!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store, as this is not done, if you closed with a customer, you have to wait, you will see that they did not want the mechanic's evaluation, this is our RIGHT, as we are going to buy a vehicle in the dark, just by " external "beauty, it doesn't exist.

At Loja Sx Veículos in Taubaté, EXCELLENT, SPECTACULAR and IMPECCABLE service, when we arrived there at the scheduled time the seller was already waiting for us with the vehicle that we would see connected, with all the protection items in the seats and steering wheel ...
