2 semanas depois a tela apresentou defeito e o rapaz não trocou pois disse que a garantia era de apenas 1 semana, mesmo com o código de defesa do consumir dizendo que qualquer bem durável ou não tem o prazo de 30 dias para troca. NEM AO MENOS EMITIRAM MINHA NOTA FISCAL.
I bought a front of a device (lg k10 2017) apparently had no defects even after testing the plate.
2 weeks later the screen was defective and the boy did not change it because he said that the guarantee was only 1 week, even with the consumer protection code saying that any durable goods or do not have a 30-day period for exchange. NOT AT LEAST THEY ISSUED MY FISCAL NOTE.
