★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus sujo, quebrando e não está cumprido com horário, filtros de ar condicionado não são trocados, mal atendimento de gerentes e encarregados ao dar satisfação, ou seja a empresa não está dando a mínima para os passageiros prevalecendo de ser a única empresa monopolizando estes serviços no Vale do Ribeira, trazendo transtornos, insatisfação e indignação aos passageiros sem qualquer compensação e ou retribuição
 Dirty bus, breaking down and not meeting schedule, air conditioning filters are not changed, poor service from managers and supervisors when giving satisfaction, that is, the company is not giving a damn about passengers, prevailing to be the only company monopolizing these services in Vale do Ribeira, bringing inconvenience, dissatisfaction and indignation to passengers without any compensation or retribution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a pior empresa de ônibus que conheço. A frota é péssima, os atendentes dos guichês são ignorantes, o horário dos ônibus muda e não mudam nos sites - falta de comunicaçao absoluta. Os ônibus sempre estão fedidos, um desrespeito absurdo ao cliente!! Poucos horarios, passagens caríssimas pro serviço precário que oferecem. Não recomendo!!!!!!!!!!
It's the worst bus company I know. The fleet is terrible, the attendants at the ticket booths are ignorant, the bus schedules change and they don't change the sites - lack of absolute communication. The buses are always stinky, an absurd customer disrespect !! Few hours, expensive tickets for the precarious service they offer. I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que viajo,viajo com a Valle Sul,mas quando volto de Jacupiranga pra cá só tem ônibus em um só horário!! E temos levantar as 4 da manhã,isso dependendo em qual local vc mora!! Deveria ter mais ônibus!!
Whenever I travel, I travel with Valle Sul, but when I come back from Jacupiranga here there are only buses at one time !! And we have to get up at 4 am, depending on where you live !! Should have more buses !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os horários de ônibus deveriam ser mais variados com mais acesso ao vale do Ribeira, ônibus um pouco sujo,mas só tem essa linha para a região, então ñ tem como pegar outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que tenho a dizer desta empresa.ela valoriza ops seus crientes. As vezes fazem discaso.deveria dar mais conforto vc viajar 2hs/3hs. Sem ar sem banheiro nos carros e ruim.
What I have to say this empresa.ela values ops its crientes. Sometimes they make discourse. It should give you more comfort to travel 2hs / 3hs. No air without bathrooms in cars and bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vai aqui o meu relato, uma das piores empresas que tive o desprazer de conhecer e utilizar os serviços... Gente mal preparada, Não te dão informações corretas sobre trajeto, Estava indo pra ilha cumprida na sexta de carnaval o motorista no meio do caminho fala que o ônibus iria fazer uma parada em registro para depois continuar ate a ilha\Iguape. Os veículos da empresa são em sua grande maioria de segunda mão, muitos velhos, não funcionam ar, no banheiro um calor insuportável e quase sempre fedendo, uma viajem que deveria no máximo demorar umas 3 hrs, vira 6 hrs facilmente, oque faz a viajem virar um inferno, Fora o preço da passagem, sabe quanto pra ir até a ilha cumprida? 69 reais o passaporte da alegria! Com toda a certeza se fosse em algum país desenvolvido essa empresa seria multada e teria suas atividades encerradas! Então, se quiser fugir dessa cilada planeje a sua viagem pelo aplicativo de caronas bla bla car, ou caso for em 4 pessoas, dividam um uber, pode sair um pouquinho mais caro, porem é 1000 vz melhor!

Uma funcionária pra atender a todos, enquanto o outro ficava conversando, por causa desta demora fiquei esperando aproximadamente por 2 horas o próximo ônibus. Lamentável!
Além disso...
Precisa dedetizar os veículos de vez em quando! Infestados de insetos, principalmente pernilongos!
