★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no guichê é razoável, entretanto a falta de opções nos horários é terrível.
Há situações em que só há um horário sendo que este é de madrugada... Nos dias de hoje é um absurdo.
Na Internet as informações não são atualizadas, fazendo com que o usuário perca ou não ache vaga para o destino desejado.
No geral, há muito no que melhorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa ainda está engatinhando no quesito qualidade de atendimento. Falta comunicação entre os pontos de venda de passagens e por isso vc corre o risco de passar por constrangimento durante a viagem caso seu assento seja vendido para outras pessoas além de vc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus muitos velhos e desconfortável , passagem muito cara pra qualidade do transporte , motorista demora muito nas parada por ter que cobrar as passagem dos passageiros , tá muito ruim esse serviço aqui de miracatu até registro , os estudantes só tem 15 dias pra recarregar o cartão , e quando acaba a recarga eles não coloca no cartão porque passa o prazo de 15 dias muito ruim isso, espero que melhorem , principalmente por um ônibus melhor de manhã que vem de miracatu passa em juquia lotado muita humilhação ir até registro de pé e pagar caro numa passagem ..
