Super recomendo a Gráfica Vallilo, nunca mais procuro outra gráfica, obrigado pessoal pelo ótimo atendimento.
I started with a demand for pamphlets and packaging for Food Delivery, they are impeccable, 100% really, from the service, budget, quality, to the delivery was punctual, personalized and excellent quality packaging, approved by my audience. I highly recommend Gráfica Vallilo, I am never looking for another printer, thanks guys for the great service.

Fato ocorrido por conta de que pedimos pra que nossos parceiros fossem atendidos por um vendedor da gráfica competente e educado o qual ja estamos abituados, e para que não fosse atendido por uma senhora de idade, proprietaria da grafica, extremamente grosseira. Nós tratamos nossos clientes e parceiros com cordialidade, e por isso solicitamos que não fossem atendidos por esta senhora.
Fato que ofendeu os proprietários da loja que deixaram claro que não tem interesse em atender mais a empresa.
Isso tudo porque, pedimos que fossemos atendidos pelo vendedor educado, e não pela senhora grosseira.
Simples assim, para verem o tamanho profissionalismo dessa gráfica.
NÃO PERCAM SEU TEMPO COM ELES. São fornecedores impossíveis de manter relações estáveis de trabalho.
Company with extremely badly educated owners. They do not know the consumer protection code. We do not recommend it.
This was due to the fact that we asked our partners to be attended to by a competent and polite salesman from the printing company, which we are already upset with, and not to be served by an elderly woman, owner of the printing shop, who was extremely rude. We treat our customers and partners with cordiality, which is why we request that they not be served by this lady.
A fact that offended the store owners who made it clear that they have no interest in serving the company any more.
This is all because, we ask that we be attended to by the polite salesman, and not by the rude lady.
Simple as that, to see the professionalism of this printer.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. Suppliers are impossible to maintain stable working relationships.
