Após esperar por mais de 4 horas, tive que ligar novamente, e só então fui informado que a funcionária responsável pela minha conta "estava em treinamento". Sistema lento e burocrático. Agora o funcionário Lucas está tentando resolver o problema que tento equalizar desde 10h da manhã. Não citarei mais nomes, mas tenho tudo registrado.
Terrible service. They do not return calls, nor do they respond to emails. After waiting for more than 4 hours, I had to call again, and only then was I informed that the employee responsible for my account "was in training". Slow and bureaucratic system. Now employee Lucas is trying to solve the problem I've been trying to equalize since 10 am. I won't name any more, but I have everything registered.
