★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj fomos a loja do Jardim Satelite. Tinhamos realmente o interresse em comprar. Porem a loja ja estava quase fechando. Entao ninguem se interessou em vir nos atender. Ate q chamamos alguem que pudesse fazer. Mas fomos frustradas mais uma vez. Pq a vendedora queria mesmo era ir embora e nao tinha vontade de explicar como funcionava determinado produto. Entao ela nao sabia nada,ou nao queria mesmo ficar estendendo o horario na loja. Enfim quase nos pedindo pra q a gente fosse embora mesmo .Falou q tinhamos q descidir logo pq ia fechar o caixa e nao ia poder passar nota fiscal. Resumindo fomos embora de maos abanando. Ficamos realmente sentindo ,que nao fomos respeitadas nessa loja. Entao nao indico nao tenho mais interresse em comprar nada nessa loja.Nota zero no atendimento e respeito aos clientes.
Today we went to the Jardim Satelite store. We were really interested in buying. However, the store was almost closing. So no one was interested in coming to see us. Until we called someone who could do it. But we were frustrated once again. Because the seller really wanted to leave and had no desire to explain how a certain product worked. So she didn't know anything, or didn't even want to be extending her hours at the store. In the end, almost asking us to leave. He said that we had to get down soon because he was going to close the cash register and would not be able to issue the invoice. In short, we left empty-handed. We were really feeling that we were not respected in this store. So I do not indicate that I am no longer interested in buying anything at this store. Note zero in customer service and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização,loja com muitas variedades bem completa,o atendimento e bom ,loja organizada ,não pode leva a esposa ,ela que leva de tudo um pouco ,rs ...tem estacionamento no frete da loja que ajuda ,pois a mesma se encontra em avenida movimentada...recomendo...

Fui procurar vela para rechaud e a vendedora foi bem seca e me respondendo o que eu perguntava como se fosse óbvio pra mim.
Não tinha a vela e levei o álcool de rechaud, mas fui buscar informação fora da loja de como funciona antes de comprar, achei mais fácil, aí sim voltei e comprei, não pelo atendimento e sim pela necessidade, em outra ocasião não compraria exatamente pelo atendimento prestado.
I found what I needed, but I didn't like the service.
I went to look for a candle for rechaud and the saleswoman was very dry and answered me what I asked as if it was obvious to me.
I didn't have the candle and I took the rechaud alcohol, but I went to look for information outside the store on how it works before buying, I found it easier, so I went back and bought it, not because of the service but because of the need, on another occasion I wouldn't buy exactly because of the service provided.
