Minha furadeira parou de funcionar achei que era grave, quando fui retirar fui informado que era somente no cabo. Serve de exemplo pra muitos desonestos que existe na praça. Parabéns pela qualidade do atendimento e honestidade.
Best power tool maintenance company in the Jundiaí region, serious and honest work. My drill stopped working I thought it was serious, when I went to remove it I was informed that it was only on the handle. It serves as an example for many dishonest people who exist in the square. Congratulations for the quality of service and honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, vc chega na loja e não tem ninguém no balcão para atender e se vc chama, os cara acha ruim, os cara que atende só pode ser os donos, principalmente um careca desmonhecado, o cara é péssimo no atendimento, devagar demais.
Terrible service, you arrive at the store and there's no one at the counter to answer and if you call, the guy thinks it's bad, the guy who answers can only be the owners, especially a disheveled bald guy, the guy is terrible at service, too slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Minha furadeira Bosch ficou 60 dias lá, ninguém te dá uma posição, vc tem que ficar ligando para perguntar. Resumindo: tive que retirar e levar para outra assistência.
Terrible attendance. My Bosch drill was there for 60 days, nobody gives you a position, you have to keep calling to ask. In short: I had to remove it and take it to another service.

Atendentes mal educados, despreparados e incompetentes.
I left my new electric iron to fix the wire in November 2021.
They promised that Black Decker would provide me with a new iron at cost.
To this day I'm still waiting (February 2022)
