★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um determinado produto e o funcionário disse que servia pro que eu estava querendo, só que não deu certo e o dono do estabelecimento não quis devolver, e isso foi em menos de oito horas da compra, alegando que só era permitido fazer a devolução em 30 minutos e eu aleguei pra ele que tinha comprado às 17:00 hs e eu retornei logo cedo do outro dia, e que mesmo que eu tivesse comprado neste mesmo dia não daria tempo de eu ir em casa e voltar com meia hora como ele havia dito. Aleguei que ele tinha 24 hs para efetuar a mesma, más ele disse que não.
I bought a certain product and the employee said it was for what I was looking for, but it didn't work and the owner of the establishment didn't want to return it, and that was less than eight hours after the purchase, claiming that it was only allowed to return it in 30 minutes and I claimed to him that I had bought it at 5:00 pm and I returned early the next day, and that even if I had bought it that same day there would be no time for me to go home and come back with half an hour as he had said. I claimed he had 24 hours to do the same, but he said no.
