★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje para o número, estava na fila e quando chegou a minha vez só chamou e me jogaram para o final da fila. Aconteceu duas vezes!!
fiquei mais de 1 hora para não ser atendido e volta para o final da fila!!!
I called the number today, I was in line and when it was my turn they just called and they threw me to the end of the line. Happened twice!!
I stayed more than 1 hour to not be answered and back to the end of the line!!!

Bad service I spent 2 hours in the queue, dirty place and small space for a lot of people, I only went back there because I had to go back to solve it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado demais , e o caixa 8 muito mau educado , e além de tudo com a maior mau vontade em atender. Dos 15 caixas apenas 4 atendendo, provocando filas enormes. Esse rapaz do caixa deveria valorizar mais seu emprego. Tanta gente precisando e ele esnobando o emprego e as pessoas que estavam na fila junto comigo na tarde do dia 17/05.
Service too long, and the cashier 8 very rude, and on top of that with the greatest unwillingness to answer. Of the 15 cashiers, only 4 answered, causing huge queues. That cashier guy should value his job more. So many people in need and he snubbing the job and the people who were in line with me on the afternoon of the 17/05th.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal muito irritados e impacientes mal atende você quando entra, só o segurança que foi top. Sem distanciamento. Tem o "X" mais ainda assim ficam perto um do outro. Horrível. Estou desapontado e indignado. Só vim para buscar o cartão bem legal de estudante e para mais nada. Aí a pessoa já sai irritada. Precisa melhorar muito! O normal é 2 Metros, quando andam só falta bater em você.
Very angry and impatient staff barely assists you when you enter, only the security guard who was top. No distance. There's the "X" but they still stay close together. Horrible. I am disappointed and indignant. I just came to get the really cool student card and nothing else. Then the person leaves irritated. Need to improve a lot! The normal is 2 Meters, when they walk they just need to hit you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meio desorganizado, mas até que o atendimento foi rápido (passei 1h na fila). Deveriam ter a máquina de cartão pra ser entregue na hora e não esperar uma eternidade pra pegar a carteira.
Kind of disorganized, but the service was fast (I spent 1 hour in line). They should have the card machine to be delivered on time and not wait forever to get the wallet.
