★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns dos móveis são de qualidade porém eles deixam de fabricar peças de reposição. Quebrou o tampo da mesa de manicure de vidro e não fizeram para troca e nem passaram saber porque o vidro quebrou e pior de tudo o vidro não era Blindex a manicure poderia ter se machucado.
Some of the furniture is of quality but they fail to manufacture spare parts. Broke the top of the glass manicure table and did not make for exchange and did not even know why the glass broke and worst of all the glass was not Blindex the manicure could have been hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento se iguala a qualidade, PERFEITO. Comprei ano passado meus móveis com eles e, nesse ano tentei até pesquisar em locais diferentes mas impossível. Depois que você compra e usa um móvel Van de Velde você fica mais exigente e não aceita nada menos que eles. É aquela história "quem conhece compra (Van de Velde)". Mais uma mudança está acontecendo no meu Studio e, mais uma vez (e pra sempre será) com Van de Velde.
Service equals quality, PERFECT. I bought my furniture from them last year and this year I even tried to search in different places, but impossible. After you buy and use a Van de Velde furniture you become more demanding and don't accept anything less than them. It's that "those who know buy (Van de Velde)" story. One more change is happening in my Studio and once again (and forever it will be) with Van de Velde.
