★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fiz pedidos na Vanda, tudo maravilhoso e sempre recomendei. Mas infelizmente alguns meses para cá a qualidade caiu muito. E as entregas estão demorando demais, hoje por exemplo fui surpreendida, a previsão era de 60 minutos, chegou com 2:05 (totalmente gelado), perguntei varias vezes o tempo de espera e em nenhum momento me passaram que estavam com poucos motoboys, somente depois que chegou. Entendo que imprevistos acontecem, porém deveriam avisar, para nos dar a opção de pedir ou não! Enfim só queria deixar aqui minha insatisfação.
I have always ordered from Vanda, everything is wonderful and I have always recommended it. But unfortunately a few months ago the quality dropped a lot. And deliveries are taking too long, today, for example, I was surprised, the forecast was 60 minutes, it arrived at 2:05 (totally cold), I asked several times the waiting time and at no time did they tell me that there were few motoboys, only after it arrived. I understand that unforeseen events happen, but you should let us know, to give us the option to ask or not! Anyway, I just wanted to leave my dissatisfaction here.

Dei uma nota 4 ontem no ifood mas me arrependi, fica a impressão de que eu tentei conseguir 12 peças de graça...
