Comprei uma poltrona e não aceitaram trocar a cor, sendo que nem haviam entregado ainda. Não tem consideração com o cliente. Parece que não precisam dele. Nunca mais compro nessa loja.
Lousy service. They delivered a defective headboard, had no other and refused to exchange it for another product. I bought an armchair and they did not accept to change the color, being that neither had delivered yet. Has no regard for the customer. They don't seem to need it. I'll never buy from that store again.

A minha entrega chegou na parte da manhã e nesse mesmo dia na parte da tarde vieram montar. Sem contar q o atendimento da Fran Almeida foi muito bom ?. Cheguei na loja já estava quase fechando e mesmo assim ela me atendeu comuito prazer
