★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo o carro dos meus pais teve um acidente em abril de 2019 até hoje dia 21/05/2020 quase um ano e dois meses após o acidente o carro não foi entregue. Um absurdo a empresa deu diversas desculpas nunca davam retorno sempre com desculpas esfarrapadas sem nenhuma empatia com o cliente. Pagamos a franquia dias depois do acidente fizemos tudo que foi pedido. Empresa sem compromisso com o cliente e sem palavra PESSIMO!!!!
Lousy service my parents' car had an accident in April 2019 until today 05/21/2020 almost a year and two months after the accident the car was not delivered. It was absurd that the company made several excuses, they never returned, always with lame excuses without any empathy with the customer. We paid the deductible days after the accident we did everything that was requested. Company with no commitment to the customer and no word PESSIMO !!!!
