★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, pois ficou 2 semanas para a confirmação do proprietário para alugar o imóvel, depois disso ainda disse que o proprietário mudou de ideia, não vai mais alugar o imóvel, sendo que o caminhão com a mudança já está chegando na cidade, agora temos que procurar outro imóvel no prazo de 2 dias! Parece brincadeira!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! A gente aluga, paga caro e no praso e é um custo para resolver problemas. Cada hora eles tem uma desculpa, cobraram meu iptu errado ano passado e se não fosse o dono questionar eles nem se quer teriam resolvido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente me alugaram uma casa com problemas na sabesp e não consigo fazer a transferência pro meu nome,sempre temos que correr pra resolver esse problema Poupatempo, sabesp até mesmo ir na imobiliária. A fatura da sabesp e a fatura do aluguel todo mês temos que pedir pelo whatsap pra mandarem .Nós temos que ficar preocupado com as coisas pois queremos andar certo e eles fazem pouco caso.Minha mãe cuida da minha avó com Alzheimer não pode ficar saindo e eles não estão nem aí.

Eu e meu noivo buscávamos um apartamento para aluguel e fomos tratados de forma displicente, antes mesmo de nos atender a mulher já tirou toda chance possível (não sei se julgou pela nossa idade), mas saímos de lá completamente insatisfeitos! No mesmo dia fomos no grupo Kaza, o atendimento foi excelente e alugamos por lá! Um tratamento completamente diferente, atenção ao cliente, organização, outra realidade! Muito diferente da ofensa que foi aquele atendimento (se é que dá pra chamar assim), que nos ofereceram no Vânia de sene. Jamais indico!

No momento de alugar fui atendido corretamente. O valor era ok.
Após isso, ano a ano, valor do aluguel subia sem aviso, a comunicação era péssima, não havia negociação.
No último ano, o valor de aumento foi ridículo, tentei negociar, não quiseram. A afirmação era que "o dono do imóvel não aceitou o valor".
Quando fui entregar a chave, nesse momento, foram contatar o dono para avisar que eu estava saindo, de surpresa. Talvez não tenha havido a negociação com o dono.
Bom, eu não recomendo a ninguém e nunca voltarei a usar os serviços.
