Antes de ir à imobiliária, mandei mensagem mensagem às 08:00h até 13:40 não tinham me dado uma resposta. Quando liguei a atendente não conseguiu me informar a básico sobre o imóvel, disse que iria me responder no WhatsApp se o local estava disponível ou não.
Fui na imobiliária no meu horário de almoço e quando cheguei no local a chave do portão principal ficou presa e o ferro da maçaneta caiu, o Uber que me levou me ajudou a tirar a chave da fechadura!
Agora, para melhorar… As chaves que me foram entregues não abriram a porta da casa!!
Mas como a localização é interessante, pedi para a moça que me entregou as chaves erradas, conferir a possibilidade das fechaduras serem trocadas, que na segunda-feira iria entregar os contratos assinados (do fiador e meu).
Para finalizar, mandei mensagens e liguei na segunda-feira de hoje e nada de ser atendida! Gastei com viagem para pegar os dados e assinatura do meu fiador, uber e tempo.
Creio fielmente que pode e deve ser melhorado! Gratidão.
My real estate experience.
Before going to the real estate office, I texted at 08:00h until 13:40 they had not given me an answer. When I called the attendant, she couldn't tell me the basics about the property, she said she would answer me on WhatsApp if the place was available or not.
I went to the real estate office on my lunch break and when I arrived at the place the key to the main gate got stuck and the iron on the handle fell off, the Uber that took me helped me to take the key out of the lock!
Now, to improve… The keys that were given to me did not open the door of the house!!
But as the location is interesting, I asked the girl who gave me the wrong keys, to check the possibility of the locks being changed, which on Monday would deliver the signed contracts (the guarantor and mine).
Finally, I sent messages and called on Monday today and no answer! I spent on travel to get the data and signature of my guarantor, uber and time.
I truly believe that it can and should be improved! Gratitude.
