Não posso falar da comida, pois nem peguei no meu pedido! Eu estava hospedada em Piracicaba no Hotel Ibis… pois bem, o iFood utiliza a localização de onde vc está para escrever o endereço. Mesmo assim, complementei escrevendo: Hotel Ibis, quarto X. No mesmo complexo são 2 hotéis.. o Ibis e o Ibis Budget. Já aconteceu de eu pedir em outros restaurantes e irem no outro hotel, mas a recepção sempre me liga e sempre deu certo. Desta vez, o entregador deixou minha comida no balcão da recepção e foi embora, simplesmente dizendo que não me encontraram. Ninguém me chamou no chat do iFood.. 1h depois de ter saído pra entrega, eu mandei mensagem perguntando do atraso e aí que me informaram que estava na “recepção”… Já achei um absurdo pois o pedido tem que ser entregue a MIM e mais ninguém. Quando desci na recepção, não tinha nada lá! Passou mais um tempão e descobriram que o entregador tinha deixado no Ibis Budget, que é logo atrás do Ibis (no mesmo complexo), mas por motivos óbvios, depois de 1:30h e de um pedido recebido por sei lá quem, eu não quis pegar a comida. Conversei com a dona do restaurante e ela reconheceu no dia, que foi desatenção do entregador e eu fui extremamente educada com ela. No dia seguinte, vi que eles tinham colocado o pedido como entregue no app e não tinham feito o meu PIX de estorno, como havíamos combinado. Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e ela simplesmente disse que não vai fazer o PIX, pois utilizou os ingredientes e quem não quis pegar a comida (depois de 1:30h deixada no balcão da recepção do hotel) fui eu! Estou me sentindo ROUBADA!!!
I can't speak about the food as I didn't even take my order! I was staying in Piracicaba at the Hotel Ibis… well, iFood uses the location where you are to write the address. Even so, I added by writing: Hotel Ibis, room X. There are 2 hotels in the same complex.. the Ibis and the Ibis Budget. It has happened that I order in other restaurants and go to another hotel, but the reception always calls me and it always works. This time, the delivery man left my food at the reception desk and walked away, simply saying they couldn't find me. No one called me in the iFood chat.. 1h after I left for delivery, I sent a message asking about the delay and then they informed me that I was at the “reception”... I already thought it was absurd because the order has to be delivered to ME and more nobody. When I went down to reception, there was nothing there! It took a while longer and they discovered that the delivery man had left it at the Ibis Budget, which is right behind the Ibis (in the same complex), but for obvious reasons, after 1:30h and an order received by whoever, I didn't want to. get the food. I talked to the owner of the restaurant and she recognized on the day that it was the delivery man's inattention and I was extremely polite to her. The next day, I saw that they had placed the order as delivered in the app and hadn't made my chargeback PIX, as we had agreed. I got in touch via WhatsApp and she simply said that she won't make the PIX, as she used the ingredients and whoever didn't want to take the food (after 1:30h left at the hotel reception desk) was me! I'm feeling STOLEN!!!
