★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja. Foi informado que o valor da primeira compra era de 1.500,00 (pelo WhatsApp foi informado que era de R$ 1.200,00). Tudo ok, estávamos com capital até maior que esse para efetuarmos a primeira compra. Porém, desde a recepção que formos tratadas com indiferença. A vendedora a todo momento insinuando que deveríamos comprar pelo site (fui juntamente com a minha mãe e a minha sogra). Insistentemente ela nos orientava a comprar pelo site e não a fazer o cadastro. Enfim, fiquei muito decepcionada com a loja. Queria ter ido até a outra loja, a da Bernardo Vieira para ver se conseguia efetuar o cadastro, mas foi tão decepcionante que desisti. Conhecemos a Vankoke a anos, roupas lindas e de ótima qualidade, exatamente o que procurávamos para darmos ponta pé inicial ao nosso novo negócio. Frustração define.
Talvez não seja padrão da marca esse tipo de comportamento, porém, formos contempladas com a vendedora específica. Efetuamos o cadastro na Joks fashion, atendimento de excelência, roupas de qualidade e o cliente sendo tratado como cliente, e não como pessoas que estavam pedindo favor.
I went to the store. It was informed that the value of the first purchase was 1,500.00 (through WhatsApp it was informed that it was R$ 1,200.00). All ok, we had capital even greater than that to make the first purchase. However, since the reception we were treated with indifference. The seller at all times insinuating that we should buy on the site (I went along with my mother and mother-in-law). She insistently instructed us to buy through the site and not to register. Anyway, I was very disappointed with the store. I wanted to go to the other store, the Bernardo Vieira store, to see if I could register, but it was so disappointing that I gave up. We've known Vankoke for years, beautiful clothes and great quality, exactly what we were looking for to kick-start our new business. Frustration sets in.
Perhaps this type of behavior is not the brand's standard, however, we are contemplated with the specific seller. We registered at Joks fashion, excellent service, quality clothing and the customer being treated as a customer, not as people who were asking for a favor.
