Mercadoria sai pra entrega e os agregados não tem responsabilidade com a prestação do serviço que foi devidamente pago. Um verdadeiro pouco caso com o cliente que já luta pra vencer nessa maldita pandemia. Muito triste umas empresas dessa ainda continuarem no mercado.
 There is no worse !!! Such a famous company where the contact phone number is only for the busy one. Surely they should leave off the hook!
Merchandise goes out for delivery and the households have no responsibility for the provision of the service that has been properly paid. A real little case with the client who is already struggling to win in this damn pandemic. Too sad some companies like that are still on the market.

I've been waiting for 3 days for an order that's in the neighboring city and it's already out for delivery! 3 days that are delivering! Is a business like that based? Help me JadLog, will it take more than 3 days to get from Timóteo to Colonel Fabriciano?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esses funcionários da empresa não são nada profissionais, minha encomenda além de mostrar nos status TRÊS vezes que estava na minha cidade, quando deu que saiu para rota de entrega, não entregou no dia ainda.
Além dessa pandemia horrível o serviço ainda é decepcionante. Muito triste
These company employees are nothing professional, my order, in addition to showing the status THREE times that it was in my city, when it went out for the delivery route, it has not yet delivered on the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para saber sobre minha encomenda e a moça me deixo 10 minutos falando sozinha enquanto conversava com outro funcionário ,não me respondeu ,agora estou tentando ligar novamente para resolver meu problema e o telefone fora do gancho,no mínimo deve está achando que ainda estou na ligação ,falta de compromisso !!!!!
I called to find out about my order and the lady left me 10 minutes talking to myself while talking to another employee, she didn't answer me, now I'm trying to call again to solve my problem and the phone is off the hook, at least she must think I'm still on connection, lack of commitment !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos. Era uma transportadora muito boa,nunca tive problemas com ela. Mas essa última compra que fiz e sendo entregue por eles esta de péssimo atendimento. Fiz uma compra no dia 26/09 e des do dia 30/09 colocaram em rota,e objeto nao foi recebido. Estao colocando como nao foi atendido sendo que nem vieram no meu endereço entregar . Tem 3 dias que estou ligando pra eles e estao falando que esta na rota mais nao vem entregar e coloca depois como nao foi atendido. Tem pessoa pra receber em casa e nao estao vindo entregar. A desculpa do entregador pra nao entregar foi que teria que deixar o carro sozinho,sendo que eles sempre pararam na porta da minha casa pra fazerem a entrega. Entregador muito ruim de serviço,falou que entregaria hoje pela manhã e maos uma vez nao veio. E ja passou da data limite para entrega. Estou reclamando aqui porque ligando pra eles nao estao resolvendo. Tá fazendo é hora com a cara da gente. Irresponsáveis. Péssimos atendimento
Bad. It was a very good carrier, I never had any problems with it. But this last purchase I made and being delivered by them is poorly serviced. I made a purchase on 9/26 and since 9/30 they put it on route, and the object was not received. They are putting it as it was not served and they did not come to my address to deliver. It's been 3 days since I've been calling them and they're saying that it's on the route but it doesn't come to deliver and put it later as it was not answered. There are people to receive at home and they are not coming to deliver. The delivery man's excuse for not delivering was that he would have to leave the car alone, as they always stopped at my door to make the delivery. Very bad delivery service, he said he would deliver this morning and once he didn't come. And it has already passed the deadline for delivery. I'm complaining here because calling them isn't solving it. It's time with us. Irresponsible. bad service
