★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O agendamento no site não funciona, sempre aparece a mesma mensagem; datas disponíveis no dia tal, mas quando chega no dia, não tem vaga. Eu coloquei o alarme de madrugada para ver se tem vaga, mas até agora nada. Estou cansado de tanto burocracia. Se for preciso vou entrar na justiça pois isso é desacato com o cidadão.
 Scheduling on the website does not work, the same message always appears; dates available on that day, but when the day arrives, there is no vacancy. I set the alarm at dawn to see if there is a vacancy, but so far nothing. I'm tired of all the bureaucracy. If necessary, I will go to court because this is contempt for the citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem dois anos que tento agendar p fazer segunda via do RG, pois fui sem agendar e não me atenderam, e sempre q tento olhar o site de manhã cedo só diz o dia e não tem horário... há 2 anos havia desistido pelo mesmo motivo, tô quase nisso d novo... muita burocracia p poder tirar um documento tão comum
I've been trying to schedule for two years to make a duplicate of the RG, because I went without scheduling and they didn't answer me, and whenever I try to look at the website early in the morning, it just says the day and there's no time... 2 years ago I gave up for the same reason, I'm almost at it again... a lot of bureaucracy to be able to get such a common document

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema de agendamento bom, o problema é a triagem que era para ser rápido, mas alguns atendentes parecem que estão brincando com os guardas e outros funcionários ao invés de fazer o que foram designados.. O pessoal do "posso ajudar" são ótimos e simpáticos.
Appointment system good, the problem is the triage which was supposed to be fast, but some attendants seem to be playing with the guards and other employees instead of doing what they were assigned.. The "can I help" people are great and friendly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há um mês tentando agendar pra minha irmã tirar a primeira via do RG dela, toda vez que entro no site, geralmente de manhã cedo pra vê se consigo, aparece que tem dia disponível mas não consigo agendar pq não aparece a opção de horário, pensei ser um bug ou pq tava acessando pelo celular, mas no Pc deu a mesma coisa. Aparece data disponível mas não aparece horário pra agendar, aí como é que faz?!
I've been trying for a month to schedule my sister to take the first copy of her RG, every time I enter the site, usually early in the morning to see if I can, it appears that there is a day available but I can't schedule it because the time option doesn't appear, I thought it was a bug or because I was accessing it on my cell phone, but on the PC the same thing happened. Available date appears but no time to schedule appears, so how do you do it?!
