Hoje 20/11/2021 as *11:40* entrei em contato encomendando uma Marmitex para a minha avó. A atendente me falou que chegaria até 13:30 (duas horas esperando) falei ok, passei o endereço com número e meu contato. Quando foi 13:40 recebo a ligação do restaurante perguntando o número da casa que o motoboy estava indo fazer a entrega, desorganizada né, pq eu havia passado tudo. Já estava atrasado do horário combinado, esperar por 2 horas e ainda atrasar é o cúmulo.
Passei o número para a bonita e questionei, moça mas já era para ter entregado. Ela falou que o motoboy teve um problema e estava indo entregar. Quando foi 14:00, gente 14:00 minha vó me liga morrendo de fome falando que não havia recebido a marmita. Liguei lá e a moça MENTIU falando que já havia entregado pq o boy havia acabado de chegar no restaurante.
Agradeci e liguei novamente pra minha avó confirmando. E adivinhem... Não tinha entregado nada, liguei novamente e a moça que me faltou com a verdade falou que o boy estava indo entregar. Ridículo, sem responsabilidade nenhuma com o clientes, péssimos.
Espero que não me respondam pedindo desculpas pq desculpas não consertam o que fizeram. Péssimos melhorem!

Today 11/20/2021 at *11:40* I got in touch ordering a Marmitex for my grandmother. The attendant told me that I would arrive until 1:30 pm (waiting for two hours) I said ok, I gave the address with my number and my contact. When it was 1:40 pm I got the call from the restaurant asking for the number of the house where the courier was going to deliver, disorganized, right, because I had passed everything on. I was already late for the agreed time, waiting for 2 hours and still being late is the ultimate.
I passed the number to the pretty one and questioned it, lady, but it was supposed to be delivered. She said that the motorcycle courier had a problem and was going to deliver it. When it was 14:00, people 14:00 my grandmother calls me starving to say that she hadn't received the lunch box. I called there and the girl LIED saying that she had already delivered it because the boy had just arrived at the restaurant.
I thanked her and called my grandmother again to confirm. And guess what... I hadn't delivered anything, I called again and the girl who failed me with the truth said that the boy was going to deliver. Ridiculous, no responsibility to customers, lousy.
I hope they don't answer me with apologizing because apologies don't fix what they did. Bad get better!
