★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouca iluminação, atendimento precário, desordem...( Depois de esperar 30 minutos pelo lanche, fui informado que a carne gourmet tinha acabado. Esperei mais 20 minutos. Veio o lanche mais não era meu o pedido. Fiquei aguardando o restante chegar e veio a surpresa. O garçom serviu e depois de alguns minutos recolheu o lanche alegando q não era meu. Eu teria q esperar mais meia hora por causa do delivery). Resumindo, sair de lá com fome.
(After waiting 30 minutes for the snack, I was informed that the gourmet meat had finished.) I waited another 20 minutes, the lunch came, but my order was not mine, I waited for the rest to arrive and it came the waiter served and after a few minutes picked up the lunch claiming it was not mine.I would have to wait another half hour because of the delivery). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento: péssimo! Demorou 20min. pra "notarem" nossa presença e quando o garçom veio nos atender, não trouxe o cardápio. O Burguer estava seco e carne parece que tava estragada, nem eu e nem meu esposo conseguiu terminar de comer. Largamos lá e fomos embora. NÃO INDICO!
Service: terrible! It took 20min. to "notice" our presence and when the waiter came to meet us, did not bring the menu. The burger was dry and meat looks like it was spoiled, neither me nor my husband could finish eating. We left there and left. I do not indicate!

Sem falar da demora ... Pra vim o lanche faltando as coisas ainda. ... Praticamente tinha pão e bife. UMA rodela pequena de cebola .. queijo ? Hhahhhaahaha quando perguntei o cara ele me disse que estava "BEM MAS BEM derretido mesmo " ..fiquei boba . Péssimo atendimento ... No lanche gourmet CANCELA ..iram se decepcionar .
Bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone, the order was wrong, a snack is not what is described on the menu.
Not to mention the delay ... For lunch I still lacked things. ... Practically had bread and steak. A small slice of onion .. cheese? Hhahhhaahaha when I asked the guy he said he was "WELL BUT WELL melted really" .. I was silly. Poor service ... At the CANCELA gourmet snack .. they were disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrivel paguei caro para comer lanche errado e pior dois lanches faltando ingredientes,não tem como falar que foi sem querer pois foram dois,demorou na entrega mais de horas ,batata e lanches frio não recomendo este lugar para ninguém.
Horrible experience I paid dearly to eat the wrong snack and worse two snacks lacking ingredients, there is no way to say that it was unintentional because there were two, it took more than hours to deliver, potatoes and cold snacks I would not recommend this place to anyone.
