★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei para virem tirar as medidas exatas e eu pagaria mais da metade do valor que foi fechado , mas a atendente não teve paciência de esperar que eu comunicasse a ADM do condomínio aonde moro para ela entrar com o carro e foi embora sem ao menos me dar uma satisfação, péssimo atendimento.
Melhorem , afinal , é o cliente que se torna sua propaganda.

Fiz um guarda-corpo de vidro e precisei que as torres de aço inox tivessem a base com um tamanho menor, e como estava bem difícil encontrar, a proprietária da vidraçaria prontamente buscou a peça com fornecedores de outro estado e conseguiu que chegasse em dois dias. O trabalho ficou muito bem feito, com capricho e pontualidade, além do preço justo. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envidraçamento de varanda. No dia em que o vidro foi instalado observei que as folhas não corriam muito bem nos trilhos. Os instaladores informaram que com o tempo a folha ficaria mais deslizante. Isso nunca aconteceu. Além disso, a vedação não foi feita de forma correta e sempre que chove, a varanda enche de água, mesmo após a reaplicação do silicone. Insatisfeito com o pós venda da vidraçaria.
Balcony glazing. The day the glass was installed I noticed that the sheets didn't run very well on the rails. Installers reported that over time the sheet would become more slippery. This never happened. In addition, the sealing was not done correctly and whenever it rains, the balcony fills with water, even after re-applying the silicone. Dissatisfied with the after sales of the glassware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tendo em vista as inúmeras avaliações positivas a respeito da empresa, solicitei a visita de técnicos para avaliação e orçamento para manutenção de uma cortina de vidro. Paguei pela visita em 06/ abr último o montante de 70 reais. Para minha surpresa e decepção, nunca mais fui contato para tratar do assunto. Lamentável.
Após essa minha manifestação desfavorável, a empresa entrou em contato. A astúcia na elaboração da resposta serviu para reforçar o meu sentimento de que fui abençoado com um livramento. O prejuízo que sofri foi irrisório diante dos aborrecimentos que poderiam advir.
In view of the numerous positive evaluations regarding the company, I requested the visit of technicians to evaluate and budget for the maintenance of a glass curtain.
