A finish that is being retouched for not having tablets, therefore, more expenses for the condominium. Being so close to the Americas, it has the hassle of car noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não odiei. Tbm não visitei o local. Eu apenas estive em um stand de vendas de um empreendimento imobiliário que creio ser próximo deste local. Não tenho como avaliar. O que posso dizer é que a rua é "simpática". Apenas isso.
I didn't hate it. I also did not visit the place. I was just at a sales stand in a real estate development that I believe is close to this location. I cannot evaluate. What I can say is that the street is "nice". Only that.

Very good, but I suggest that Síndico monitor the hours of the parties with loud sound. There is a house that does a direct party from Saturday from 18h to Sunday at 20h.
