Já falei diversas vezes com a Cristiane solicitando um profissional, pois quando chove a varanda fica molhada e ela simplesmente ignora. Já enviei fotos, vídeos e mesmo assim ninguém apareceu. Também solicitei a nota fiscal e não recebi. Diante de tamanha falta de profissionalismo não recomendo a empresa.
I come here to share my dissatisfaction with the service. I've talked to Cristiane several times asking for a professional, because when it rains the balcony gets wet and she just ignores it. I've sent photos, videos and still no one showed up. I also requested the invoice and didn't receive it. In view of such a lack of professionalism, I do not recommend the company.
