★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fique extremamente chateada com o comportamento da vendedora Camila ... liguei pedindo uma tinta manipulada e eles me informaram que só manipulariam comigo em loja. Expliquei que já havia feito isso no Varejão das Tintas da Contorno e então ela me informou que faria e que estaria pronta só pra eu passar e pegar! Cheguei na loja aí ela colheu minha assinatura e só depois que eu paguei que ela foi fazer a lata ... fiquei me sentindo enganada ... não falasse que faria então! Só comprei pq estou com muita necessidade! Não compro aqui nunca mais!
 Be extremely upset with the behavior of the saleswoman Camila ... I called asking for a manipulated paint and they informed me that they would only manipulate me in the store. I explained that I had already done this at Varejão das Tintas da Contorno and then she informed me that she would do it and that it would be ready just for me to come and get it! I arrived at the store, then she got my signature and only after I paid that she went to make the can ... I was feeling cheated ... don't say I would then! I just bought it because I'm in great need! I never buy here again!

The store is very good, however we were very poorly attended by the attendant Lívia. She did not dedicate herself to the service, she answered poorly and even made a mistake in the order, due to distraction in the service.
