★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável atendimento. Você se auto atende nas prateleiras, mas não pode ir direto ao caixa pois precisa que um vendedor no balcão"tire a nota". Fiquei 10 minutos aguardando ser atendido no balcão com o produto na mão, e nenhum vendedor veio me atender, até que desisti da compra.
Depois um lugar desse fecha, a culpa é do governo.
Regrettable service. You take care of yourself on the shelves, but you can't go straight to the cashier because you need a salesperson at the counter to "get the bill." I spent 10 minutes waiting to be served at the counter with the product in hand, and no salesperson came to see me, until I gave up on the purchase.
Then a place like this closes, it is the government's fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja as 18:06 e não fui atendido. Apesar de losjista informar seu horário de funcionamento até as 19hs. Mostrei pra ele a informação mesmo assim não atendeu. Muita falta de empatia!
I arrived at the store at 6:06 pm and was not answered. Although lozenges inform their opening hours until 7 pm. I showed him the information even so he didn't answer. Much lack of empathy!
