Lembrando que só ganhou uma estrela pq o sistema não liberou a postagem sem inserir a estrela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento não existe , fiz a compra de 3 janelas com antecedência e quando foi o tempo para entregar o telefone não funciona e não respondem o zap , agora tento agendar a entrega da última e não consigo , ia fazer outro pedido mas não tem como , eles não dão a menor atenção para o cliente.
Worse service doesn't exist, I bought 3 windows in advance and when it was time to deliver the phone doesn't work and they don't respond to zap, now I try to schedule the delivery of the last one and I can't, I was going to place another order but there's no way, they don't pay any attention to the customer.

Estressei tanto com uma loja: eles não atendem telefone (aliás o único que chama é do whatsapp) não cumprem prazo, são extremamente desorganizados (a menina que fica na loja não sabe resolver nada) e pra finalizar a chuva de horrores, a porta veio com a fechadura baixa. Se eu imaginasse que me aborreceria tanto, não tinha passado nem pela rua dessa loja. Horrível em todos os sentidos. É triste falar assim de um lugar, mas realmente cheguei no meu limite com eles .
Do not buy! Unless you want to get bored!!! Never. I was so stressed with a store: they don't answer the phone (in fact the only one who calls is whatsapp) they don't meet deadlines, they are extremely disorganized (the girl who stays in the store doesn't know how to solve anything) and to finish the rain of horrors, the door came with the lock down. If I had imagined that I would be so annoyed, I wouldn't have even walked down the street to this store. Horrible in every way. It's sad to talk about a place like that, but I really reached my limit with them.
